Job Description - HR Administrator 6 months Temp

HR Administrator – 6 months TempCambridge | 5 Days On-Site | On-Site Parking Available

Are you looking to grow your HR and administrative experience? Our client is recruiting for a proactive HR Administrator to join their team on a 6-month Temp
You’ll work closely with the UK HR Advisor and HR Director, supporting a range of HR admin and project-related tasks. The role has a strong focus on recruitment coordination, but you’ll also gain broader business exposure through cross-departmental administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

General HR administration
Supporting recruitment and training processes
Updating internal systems and records
Coordinating meeting rooms and catering
Managing incoming and outgoing post
Providing admin support across departments
Assisting the HR/Facilities team with ad hoc tasks

Desired Skills & Experience:

Strong general education (GCSEs in English & Maths)
Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel
Comfortable using HRIS platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
