Job Description - HR Administrator and Co-Ordinator

The Role - HR adminstrator and HR co-ordinator

We have an exciting position permanent working for an international, modern and exciting law firm based in Nuneaton! This is initially a temporary position for 2 months offering the hourly rate eqv of 25k a year!

The Responsibilities

This role works on a variety of different HR tasks and processes, including the below:

- Assisting with the onboarding process

- Helping with pre-employment screening checks such as reference requests

- Creating and distributing contracts of employment

- Managing the leavers process

- Adding employees onto their internal system

- Processing contractual changes needed

- Managing any email and/or phone queries

- Managing maternity and family leave

- Other ad hoc administrative duties

The Experience

Previous administrative experience is essential for this role ideally within professional services and ideally degree or similar educated.
