HR Administrator - Immediate Start

Role: HR Administrator

Location: Welwyn Garden City

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4:30pm / 8am – 5pm

Salary: £12.50 an hour, weekly pay (+ attendance monthly bonus)

Temporary with the opportunity to go permanent

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy, fast-paced client based in Welwyn Garden City

Duties of a HR Administrator:

• Ensure the relevant HR data base is kept up to date, ensuring that accurate information is input on the system
• Minute taking
• Keeping all files up to date
• Dealing with compliance and right to work documents
• On-boarding new starters
• Dealing with annual leave on BrightHR
• Helping manage the recruitment for the business
• Keep training records up to date
• Printing and scanning

What we would like from you:

• Previous experience within Administration
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages; Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Confident communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Highly organised
• Proactive and ability to work in a fast pace environment
