Job Description - HR Administrator/Coordinator

Temporary HR Administrator - Financial Services
£15 - £18 per hour + holiday pay
3-month temporary position to start ASAP with possible extension
Based near Liverpool Street
Office-based 5 days a week
9am - 5:30pm but flexible hours are possible

My client is a financial services firm located in the City of London. They are looking for a HR Administrator to join them on a 3-month temporary position.

What you’ll do:

Maintaining the HR database while managing the HR inbox
General HR administration
Maintaining and updating employee records
Assisting with on-boarding for new hires
Coordinating interviews and meetings
Distributing appraisal forms to employees and line managers
Updating contracts

Skills required:

Previous relevant HR admin support/experience
CIPD qualification, an interest in working towards or desired
Driven and self-motivated
Ability to pick things up quickly and use initiative
Strong attention to detail and an ability to communicate effectively
