HR Advisor

We are seeking an HR Advisor with solid generalist HR experience, preferably in the education or public sector. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who can build trusted relationships across all levels and contribute to a values-led culture where people can thrive.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Advising managers on all aspects of people management, including HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Leading on employee relations matters with confidence and care, ensuring fair and consistent handling of all cases.
• Supporting the delivery of strategic HR initiatives that align with the organisation's goals and values.
• Contributing to the development of an open, inclusive, and values-led organisational culture.
• Engaging with various stakeholders across the organisation to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven generalist HR experience, ideally within the education or public sector.
• CIPD qualification Level 5 or equivalent.
• A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to address and manage complex issues effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all organisational levels.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills, capable of providing clear and effective guidance in a variety of HR matters.
