HR Recruit is currently seeking an HR professional for a 6 months maternity cover for an SME in Melbourne, Derbyshire. Reporting into a Director the organisation your primary responsibilities will include overseeing: recruitment and onboarding; employee relations; performance management with accurate filing and documentation; compensation and benefits tracking; training and development needs for all employees including short and medium term career planning and HR compliance. The organisation is seeking a hand-on person with a can-do attitude.
You must have previous generalist HR experience to be considered for the role.

The hours are 40 per week with flexible start and finish times and you have the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week.
In return, you will receive a salary between £39,000-£41,000 (depending on experience).
