HR Advisor

Reed HR is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-respected charity based in Surrey, currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate HR professional to contribute to meaningful work within a supportive and purpose-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Support employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support the charity’s strategic goals
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation

About You:

• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
• Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
