Venn Group is collaborating with a large NHS services provider in East Yorkshire to recruit a HR Advisor on a temporary basis

• Provide professional HR support to ensure the effective delivery of HR management across the organisation.
• Manage a defined portfolio of activity, delivering expert advice and guidance to managers on a range of employee relations matters using a coaching approach.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures across multiple areas of the business, including associated groups and contractors.
• Handle a diverse portfolio involving various employee-related issues, ensuring consistent and effective resolution

The ideal candidate will have previous public sector experience and will be able to commence in post once all compliance checks have been completed
