Hourly Rate: £15-£18

Working Hours: 40 hours, Monday-Friday, on-site

Location: Leeds

Contract Length: 3 months

The Job:

• Provide a comprehensive and professional HR service to managers and wider colleagues on all general HR queries and more complex employee relations (ER) issues
• The postholder will lead on ER cases with support from the HR Manager, providing advice on day-to-day HR/ER issues including disciplinary and grievance actions
• Supporting ER case work through to hearing stage, and ensuring case packs are created to support cases which are going to a hearing panel
• Provide accurate and timely management and analysis of MI data for the HR Team, line managers and senior managers
• Contributing to the delivery of the HR Strategy by embedding and delivering on different projects and interventions
• Respond to general employee and management ER enquiries via the telephone and email

About You:

• You must have previous experience with end-to-end management of complex cases
• It is desirable for you to have a CIPD Level 5 qualification, or equivalent relevant experience

Please note that this a temporary role, and requires full-time on-site working, Monday-Friday.
