HR Advisor

We are seeking a confident and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support across the business. As an HR Advisor, you will provide expert guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters. You will be involved in employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and HR project work, ensuring best practice and compliance with employment legislation.

• Advise and support managers on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with current legislation
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
• Contribute to HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects
• Maintain accurate HR records and support reporting requirements

• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
• Solid experience in a generalist HR role
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
