HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor

Were seeking an experienced HR Advisor / Senior HR Advisor to join a busy and operational environment in Southampton, Hampshire.
You will be working with the site leadership team in the provision of HR Advisory and employer relations case work.
Key duties

• Act as the initial point of contact for all HR matters; providing high quality, consistent HR advice, coaching and guidance relating to policy, procedure and best practice at all levels.
• Support managers in performance management processes, disciplinary, sickness absence, grievance issues and attendance matters. Undertake investigations when this might be appropriate and ensure cases are managed in a timely manner.
• Undertake HR Generalist activity as needed across HR, Recruitment

Key Requirements:

• Level 5 CIPD Qualification or equivalent
• Experienced HR Advisory / Senior HR Advisor background including employer relations
• Knowledge of HR functions and systems; pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, for example.
• An understanding of employment laws and disciplinary / grievance procedures.

The Offer
3-4 months interim contract via Hays online timesheets
3-4 days on site in Southampton
