Job Description - HR Analysis

Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is deligted to be supporting a successful and growing business that is seeking a HR Anaysis to support their busy team.

Overview

This role focuses on delivering HR change initiatives, business analysis, and process improvements by supporting the design, implementation, and optimisation of HR systems and procedures. The successful candidate will bridge HR operational needs with technical solutions, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement practices.

Key Responsibilities1. Change Management & Delivery
  • Supports HR change programmes with both automated and non-automated solutions.

  • Defines business requirements, transition plans, and implementation strategies.

  • Justifies business changes through structured analysis and delivery planning.

2. Process & Problem Analysis
  • Investigates current HR processes, data flows, and structures.

  • Applies problem-solving and creative techniques to identify improvements.

  • Seeks and defines solutions for process optimisation and efficiency.

3. Stakeholder Engagement
  • Conducts in-depth stakeholder analysis and maintains effective engagement.

  • Ensures validation and prioritisation of stakeholder input to align with HR goals.

  • Collaborates with internal teams and cross-functional partners.

4. Requirements Gathering & Solution Modelling
  • Leads HR requirement gathering and system specification.

  • Models and defines future-state processes and performance metrics.

  • Ensures solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned with business needs.

5. Documentation & Governance
  • Produces high-quality documentation using appropriate tools and methodologies.

  • Adheres to data protection, health and safety, and organisational policies.

  • Ensures compliance with legislation and internal standards, such as GDPR and safeguarding.

Skills & Attributes
  • Strong HR business analysis skills and familiarity with change frameworks.

  • Experience with process redesign, stakeholder management, and implementation planning.

  • Good understanding of HR data management, systems, and improvement techniques.

  • Ability to generate and evaluate practical improvement options and solutions.

  • Strong attention to detail in documentation and regulatory and compliances
