Certain Advantage is hiring for an HR Analyst based in Broughton.

This role is on a contract basis and is hybrid-based.

We're working with a Manufacturing business that operates in the Aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry-leading commercial aircraft, and separate Space and Defense division.

This role is for an HR Analyst-someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.

You'll be leading a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

• Analysis and approval of incoming Personnel Administration changes
• Processing of all changes via the "Interface Monitoring Tool" into SAP

We're looking for people who can show:

• Data Input, Data Analysis within a payroll environment
• Computerised Payroll System - SAP Preferable
• Computerised personnel administration system - Workday desirable
