• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage and update HR databases with employee information, including attendance, leaves, and personal details, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
• Prepare detailed reports on HR metrics, like turnover rates and hiring costs.
• Assist with payroll processing by providing the finance team with accurate employee data.
• Support recruitment initiatives by screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organise training & development initiatives.
• Respond to HR-related queries from employees and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in compliance audits and help maintain records for audit purposes.
• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

• Proven experience as an HR Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
