HR Analyst / HR Generalist

A role supporting a dynamic financial services organisation
Supporting the SLT team with HR data analytics
Managing and supporting SOP’s and SLA reporting
Reporting MI for HR data audits
Creating reporting dashboards fit for purpose from scratch
Employee lifecycle reporting
SMCR process coordination and support
Headcount reporting
Dealing with 1st and 2nd line employee queries
Offer letters and contracts
Setting up of new starters
Arranging inductions
Cascading HR policies
