Job Description - HR Assistant - 3 month FTC

HR Assistant

A professional services business based in Soho seek an experienced HR Assistant to join them on an initial 3 month fixed term contract.

This role will be working in the office 5 days per week.

Tasks include:

  • Manage HR systems , trackers, and templates.
  • Assist with the on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Input payroll data
  • Draft contracts and letters
  • Admin tasks around benefits, perks, leave, background checks, internal communications, and employee initiatives
  • Manage the inbox, dealing with queries, and providing guidance on policies
  • Manage absence levels
  • Admin around study support, visa sponsorship, season ticket loans, purchase of holidays and work experience
  • Prepare HR reports for management
  • Assist with recruitment campaigns
