HR Assistant Abbey Wood Start ASAP Temp

We are enthusiastic and dedicated HR Assistant to join our client's team in Abbey Wood. If you are immediately available and are looking to gain experience in a HR position, we would love to hear from you.

• Role: HR Assistant
• Location: Abbey Wood
• Pay: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour
• Term: Temporary on-going
• Start: ASAP

• Provide admin support to the senior HR team
• Provide a variety of administrative support to senior HR staff
• Support with the recruitment of staff, preparing job adverts, issuing contracts, amending contracts
• Data entry, photocopying, scanning, filing and typing duties etc
• Deal with internal and external post and emails on a day to day basis
• Maintain filing systems in line with HR procedures
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a administration role
• Proficiency in Microsoft systems
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills, both verbally and written
