Are you a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant? If yes, Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a provider of premium office spaces in London and seeking an immediate HR Assistant for a temporary placement starting this week.

What's involved?

This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of HR policies, legal compliance, and recruitment processes. You will play a key role in ensuring the HR operations run smoothly and in line with UK employment law.

Key responsibilities:

• Policy and compliance support
• Recruitment and onboarding
• Legal and Documentation
• General HR Administration

Requirements:

• Immediately available with the flexibility to work PT (Min. 3 days) or Full time - not hybrid
• Experience of HR ideally within hospitality or commercial
• Experience in handling job descriptions, policies and procedures
• Legal understanding
