• Change & Transformation: Be a key player in our evolving people strategy and organisational change agenda.

Profile

• Proven experience in a generalist or strategic HR BP role

• Strong understanding of HR best practice across projects, L&D, reward, and policy

• Confident in managing change in a collaborative, values-driven way

• A proactive mindset with a passion for supporting people and organisational growth
