HR Business Analyst- 12 Month FTC

Are you an experienced HR Business Analyst looking for an exciting new role? We are partnered with a London Markets insurer looking for an HR Business Analyst to work across the HR lifecycle, assessing and analysing processes and helping develop improvements

This role is based 2-3 days a week in Central London and the rest working from home

Experience

• Good experience improving HR processes in a fast changing environment
• Solid background working in MS Office
• Industry background is flexible, but Insurance/financial services background would be advantageous
• Workday experience would be desirable, but not essential
