Are you a highly organised, solutions-focused HR professional with a passion for people and operational excellence? Our client, a large public sector organisation is now looking for a highly skilled HR Business Coordinator to work closely with the Director of People and senior HR leadership team and support the effective planning, coordination, and progress of HR strategic priorities.
Please note; this role offers hybrid working with a minimum requirement of 2-3 days pw working from the central London office.
This pivotal role will place you at the heart of the HR Directorate as a key point of contact and operational coordinator for the Director of People. You'll support the Director inorganising and managing the day-to-day running and administration of the People Team office, coordinating activities and tracking progress of People Team priorities, prioritising commitments and appointments, preparing briefings, reports, presentations and responses, and much more!
