Senior HR Business Partner
Location: Pontypridd (Hybrid Working)Contract Type: Full-time, Fixed-Term Contract (3 Months)Salary: £58,000 Start Date: ImmediateWe’re looking for a highly capable and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join a values-driven organisation on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who can step in quickly, build credibility, and add immediate value during a key period of organisational activity.
This role is based in Pontypridd, with the flexibility of hybrid working. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to deliver people strategies that align with wider business goals, provide expert HR guidance, and support the organisation through change.
The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable, strategic, and dependable HR professional with a strong generalist background. You’ll need to be a self-starter who can hit the ground running, work independently, and build strong relationships quickly.
Key Responsibilities - Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR support across a range of people initiatives.
- Advise on complex HR matters including organisational design, performance management, and change.
- Support the development and implementation of workforce planning and talent strategies.
- Use data and insight to influence decision-making and improve business outcomes.
- Contribute to ongoing HR projects, ensuring a consistent and compliant approach.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing coaching and guidance to managers across the organisation.
Essential Skills & Experience - Proven experience in a senior HR business partnering role, ideally in a complex or regulated environment.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, HR best practice, and change management.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident advising senior leaders and managing multiple priorities at pace.
- Data-driven, with the ability to turn insight into action.
- Available to start immediately and commit to the full duration of the contract.
