HR Business Partner

Interim People Partner - 3 Months
On-site 1 day a week
Start date: w/c 7th July

Salary: £45,000p.a

We're supporting a brilliant organisation who are in need of interim People Partnering support.

The Situation:

• You'll be covering work for two People Partners who are currently out of the business.
• Some day-to-day ER work.
• You'll work across multiple departments and need to be comfortable with variety and change. There's no neat division of responsibilities right now due to absences - it's all hands on deck.

What's Needed:

This role suits someone who:

• Can hit the ground running and isn't fazed by ambiguity or grey areas.
• Is confident having honest, pragmatic conversations with managers across the business.
• Can juggle short-term ER casework while also moving into more strategic business partnering over time.
• Thrives in environments where not every situation has a set process - thinking on your feet and using good judgement is key.

The Details:

• 3-month contract
• £45,000p.a
• 37.5 hours/week (would consider part-time but needs to be 4 days)
• Start date: Monday 7th July
• Interview: Friday 21st June
