HR Business Partner

I am delighted to be partnering with a global publishing company to appoint a People Business Partner to join the team on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

About the role..

As People Business Partner you will partner with senior leaders across the UK and Europe of a headcount of c250 - 300 employees. You will work with your client group to support across HR activities outlined below:

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Workforce planning, employee development and performance management.
• HR Data and metrics demonstrating the ability to acquire the relevant data and use this to steer commercial decision making.
• Organisational design work and TUPE work aligning with wider global business changes. This could include team restructures, acquisitions and global change programmes.
• Complex employee relations experience such as performance, long term sickness, restructures.

About you..

You will be an experienced People Business Partner that has worked with multiple stakeholders within a global commercial business. This role will support the People Business partnering team at a particularly busy and exciting time and really support the HR Director in a proactive and efficient way.

Key experience required:

• Change management experience - restructures, growth planning and TUPE.
• Performance management and wider capability mapping.
• Workforce planning - you will be able to demonstrate where you have supported forward thinking workforce planning design for the now and future and partnered with your HR colleagues on delivery.
• Excellent understanding of HR Data to support decision making and create HR solutions.
• Global experience as a HR Business partner looking after a client group of similar size - this must be minimum 200 headcount client group

You must be immediately available or with a minimum of 1 months notice for this role, you will have HR Business partner experience and used to working fast paced environments.

Salary: £68,500 - 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Location: City of London, hybrid working 2 days a week in office.
