HR Business Partner Change

We have an opportunity for experienced HR Business Partners and HR Managers to work as part of a team supporting a range of HR activity across BAU and HR Change Projects for an initial 2-3 months contract.
We are seeking a HR Business Partners / HR Managers who have solid ER and Change Management experiences across unionised complex environments.
You will be ER Savvy and capable of supporting Managers with managing change, including redundancy and redeployment.
You will be supporting a range of HR activities but also undertaking 1to1 consultation meetings as part of the change programme.

Candidates

• We are seeking HR Business Partners, HR Managers with a strong background in ER and Change Management.
• You will have experience across complex employer relations and supporting managers with all aspects of Change Management, including redundancy, redeployment and undertaking 1 to-1 consultations.
• Ideally Chartered MCIPD
• Experience of large scale/complex unionised environments

The Offer
We are looking for a few HR professionals to join the team on an initial 2-3 months temporary contract basis via Hays to start ASAP.
Options for 4-5 days per week and circa 3 days on site in Bournemouth, but the potential for a bit flexibility depending on hours.
