HRBP/Senior HR Advisor – Onsite

Are you a proactive and people-focused HR professional looking for your next challenge in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re on the hunt for an HRBP/Senior HR Advisor to join our clients team onsite, supporting managers and employees with expert HR advice and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing hands-on HR support across employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
- Coaching and advising managers on best practices to drive employee engagement and compliance.
- Managing HR processes from onboarding to retention, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Keeping HR policies up to date and aligned with employment law and business needs.
- Driving engagement and well-being initiatives to create a thriving workplace.

What We’re Looking For:
- HR experience at Senior HR Advisor or HRBP level
- Experience in a fast-paced FMCG, manufacturing, or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- A confident communicator who can build relationships and influence at all levels.
- Organised, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running!
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is a plus.
