Job Description - HR Business Partner - South East London

Morgan Hunt requires a HR Business Partner for NHS based in South East London

Pay Rate: £36.12ph PAYE + WTR = Total £40.47ph

Hours 37.5 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri.

Location: South East London

Duration: 6 to 9 months on going contract

Special Requirements: Master's degree or equivalent MCIPD or equivalent

1. Job Summary

The HR Business Partner is a strategic role in support of the CRIC Transformation Programme, and as a senior HR professional, is expected to be largely self-managing. It will be necessary for the HR Business Partner to understand the business strategy of the service area for which they are responsible and to contribute to the workforce strategy for that area, whilst ensuring its compatibility with Trust-wide workforce plans.

The candidate will play an integral role in supporting the operational and strategic actions in relation to the CRIC Transformation Programme, partnering with a range of stakeholders to deliver the strategic aims and objectives of the programme, which have been identified as:

· Integrating the paediatric Cardiology, Respiratory and Intensive Care services

· Ensuring we are led by stakeholder engagement under the principles of transparency and honesty

· Alignment of guidelines, policies and processes to enable 'one team' workforce model

· Optimise use of resource allocation and efficiency

· Enhance staff collaboration and morale

The candidate will lead engagement with staff, drive cultural change, support with the psychological impacts of a very significant organisational change, and develop shared policies to enable cross-site working in advance of all teams being co-located on a single site.

They will also work closely with both the Clinical Group and external stakeholders, finding innovative solutions to complex problems. They will take full responsibility for developing and managing all activity related to the program.
