Location: Cambridge
Day Rate: £300 - £368 per day
Contract Length: Initial 3 - 6 months

Job Summary
Join our client, a leading organisation in the healthcare sector, as a pivotal HR Change Lead! We're looking for passionate HR professionals to spearhead significant organisational change initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale HR and organisational change projects.
• Provide expert insights on change management and workforce transformation.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure sustainable change implementation.
• Develop and execute staff engagement and communication strategies.
• analyse workforce data to drive decisions and track progress.
• Ensure adherence to employment law and organisational policies.
• Support policy development and risk management efforts.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Person Specification

Qualifications and Training

• Degree-level education or equivalent.
• MCIPD or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• Ongoing professional development is a must!

Experience

• Proven experience in leading complex organisational change.
• Background in large, complex environments-NHS or public sector experience is a plus!

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong grasp of employment law and HR frameworks.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and analytical skills.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities and delivering results quickly.
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
