HR Consultant

We are looking for a knowledgeable and results-driven HR Consultant to join our team and provide expert guidance across a range of HR functions. • Advise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with current legislation.
• Support clients or departments with employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Lead or support HR projects such as restructures, change management, and workforce planning.
• Deliver training and coaching to managers on HR topics.
• Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist with recruitment strategies, talent management, and retention planning.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a senior HR advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
• CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in a consultancy environment is a plus.
