Job Description - HR Coordinator 12 month FTC

?? UK (Hybrid) | ?? Full-Time | ?? People Team

My client is seeking for a proactive People Coordinator to manage UK HR admin and payroll, while supporting our growing US team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, purpose-led bio tech company focused on rare and neurological conditions.

What You’ll Do

Own UK HR admin: maintain HiBob, draft contracts, manage records & exits
Run accurate UK payroll and administer benefits (BUPA, pensions, Cycle to Work)
Provide employee relations support and ensure HR compliance
Collaborate on HR projects and help shape policies, performance, and engagement
Support US HR ops as needed

What You’ll Bring

CIPD qualified (or working towards)
Experience in HR, payroll & employee relations
Strong UK employment law knowledge
Great communicator with attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a growing company
Tech-savvy, especially with Microsoft Office & modern HR tools
