• Job Type: Hybrid, 3 Month Fixed-Term Contract
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a three-month fixed-term contract. This role offers a hybrid working model and is based in Peterborough. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting our HR operations and contributing to various HR initiatives.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide support to the wider HR Operations team

• Support with Recruitment

• Handle employee relations cases

• Maintain accurate HR records

• Assist with payroll administration

• Provide support on HR projects

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

• CIPD qualification
