Our client are a well known fashion brand who are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join them for a 3 month fixed term contract, to offer support, during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities:
• Change Management Support: Facilitate the change process by advising and guiding on organisational structure, identifying potential impacts, and developing effective communication strategies.
• Organisational Design: Assist in implementing organisational changes by assessing team structures, roles, and responsibilities, supporting leadership to align people resources effectively.
• Employee Relations: Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and appeals in line with company policy, providing expert guidance to managers on best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing timely and actionable HR advice aligned with commercial goals.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all processes and documentation are compliant with employment laws and company standards, maintaining accurate records throughout.
Key Requirements:
• Proven background in a dynamic environment with an understanding of the commercial landscape.
• Change Management Expertise: Solid experience in HR change management, especially within restructuring or transformation initiatives.
• Employee Relations Knowledge: Skilled in handling complex employee relations issues, including redundancies, grievances, and appeals.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders.
• Commercial Acumen: Ability to approach HR challenges with a commercial perspective, aligning solutions with business objectives.
