Job title: Hr Officer

Contract: 12 months temporary contract

Location: Birmingham

Daily Rate: £135 per day (DOE)

Our client is a leading provider of transport services in the UK, specialising in patient transport and home-to-school transport for children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

They are committed to providing high-quality, passenger-focused transport solutions across various sectors within health care.

What You'll Do:

Compliance Champion

Ensure all applicants are fully compliant before they start. Handle references, right to work documents, DBS checks, conduct DBS risk assessments and report to senior management.

HR Operations

Manage the HR Inbox, produce reports on starters/leavers and employee absence, maintain employee records on HR systems in accordance with GDPR, and support various projects.

Casework Expert

Support line managers with sickness absence and AWOL processes, assist in disciplinary investigations and ensure adherence to best practices, attend casework meetings and produce related correspondence.

What We Need:

• Tech-Savvy ??: Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Organisational Pro ??: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Communication Star ???: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Qualified Professional ?: CIPD level 5 or equivalent.
