Job Description - HR Officer

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make an immediate impact? We’re working with a dynamic organisation seeking a Temporary HR Officer to join their team for an initial 3-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees
  • Support employee relations cases, including investigations and disciplinary processes
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Contribute to policy updates and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal procedures
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed

About You:

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or working towards) is desirable
