• Annual Salary: £30-35k pa doe
• Location: County Antrim
• Job Type: Full-time FTC to cover a period of maternity

I am seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join my clients large HR Team within a bustling manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR practices and a passion for workforce management and employee relations.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Implement and manage HR strategies that support business objectives
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Manage payroll and benefits administration
• Provide support and guidance to management on HR issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, OR CIPD Qualified to Level 5
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
