Job Title: HR operations analyst

Location: Huddersfield

Contract: 6 weeks approximately

Hours: 36 hours per week

Rates: £18.70

Job Description

SRG are looking a HR operations analyst to join a leading agrichemical manufacture based in Huddersfield.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review paper files to get a full understanding of any variances in contractual/non-contractual terms and conditions e.g. additional hours payments, other allowances, any historical agreements with individuals etc…
• Document this information in a spreadsheet and identify any common patterns of information we may not be aware of historically.
• Upload the paper files for electronic use going forward.

Experience and Qualifications

• Administrative experience
• HR background
• Knowledge of systems, processes and data management
