Pay and Benefits Team Leader (12-Month Contract)

Location: Global Infrastructure Hub, Glasgow - Hybrid 3 days in the office

Role Overview: Lead a team of subject matter experts to ensure all HR and regulatory requirements are met. Drive service excellence and enhance candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure robust planning and timely delivery of initiatives.
• Maintain legislative compliance and support audits.

Qualifications:

• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Experience in Pay and Benefits.
• Experience in a HR shared service is highly advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
