SF Recruitment is pleased to support our client with an urgent HR need, ideal for experienced HR professionals at an advisory or business partner level. This role will involve collaborating with different business areas to provide expert guidance and oversee all HR functions, including employee relations and complex casework, policy changes, recruitment, and various projects.

We are looking for candidates with experience in an advisory role, particularly in managing complex employee relations casework. A CIPD Level 5 qualification is required, and we would prefer candidates who are available immediately or on short notice.
