HR Project Lead

• Hourly Rate: £34.98 (Annual Salary: £47,810)

• Job Type: Interim initially for 3 months, likely to be extended

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to lead a project focused on Absence and Wellbeing. This role is based in Gorleston, working for an NHS employer. The position is initially for a 3-month period but is likely to be extended.

• Lead and manage the Absence and Wellbeing project, ensuring objectives are met efficiently.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee wellbeing and reduce absenteeism.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights related to employee absence and wellbeing.
• Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement in absence management and employee health.
• Design and deliver training sessions and workshops to promote health and wellbeing across the organisation.
• Provide support and guidance to management on handling absence issues and promoting employee wellbeing.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to demonstrate project progress and impact.

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally within the NHS or a related healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of absence management and employee wellbeing initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different departments and with various stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
