I am seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Systems Administrator to join my client's Human Resources team in Tewkesbury.

Job Role:

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR regulations.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in an HR administration or related role.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with HR software systems - Workday - is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
