HR Workday Learning Partner

My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented HR Workday Learning Partner on a Contract basis.

You will play a crucial role in maximising the efficiency and effectiveness of the Workday Talent and Learning platforms and provide expert guidance and support for professional users across both areas.

• Hours: 35 hours Monday to Friday

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

• Developing and maintaining Workday system process map documentation
• Supporting the implementation of new and refinement of current Workday products, including Workday Help, Journeys, Notification Designer and Skills Cloud
• Developing and delivering Workday training for HR colleagues
• Development and implementation of talent cards, calibration using succession planning tools

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in a similar role
• Experience of the Workday Learning and Talent suites both as an end user and as an administrator
• Strong understanding of Talent and L&D processes and best practices
• Implementation and development of Workday Skills in a skills-based organisation
