HRA Principal Accountant

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Council on a fully remote basis who are looking for a Princiapl Accountant on an interim basis. Working alongside the Senior Finance Manager, you will be an integral part of the production of accounts for the HRA general fund accounting . 

Duties:

• You will lead on the Councils HRA, Revenue and Capital Budget Setting
• You will lead on the final accounts for the production of the Statement of Accounts 
• You will complete the Houisng HRA Business Plan and Houisng Improvement Plan 
• You will manage part-qualified staff 

Relevant Candidates would be available on short notice and will have experience with HRA accounting
