HRIS Expert

Due to expansion, Next Generation are currently recruiting for an HRIS Expert on an interim basis to work with a leading global manufacturer who produce machined components supplying predominantly into the energy industries. As the HRIS Expert you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing the UKG Ready solution, as well as training the HR team and end-users.

The following shifts are available for the HRIS Expert:

• Monday - Friday (Days)

What’s on offer for the HRIS Expert:

• Day rate, negotiable DOE
• Hybrid working

Duration of contract:

• Six months with the view of extension

Duties of the HRIS Expert:

• Implement and configure UKG Ready according to organizational requirements.
• Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing UKG Ready to optimize HR processes.
• Develop and deliver training programs to the HR team and end-users on UKG Ready.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and design effective solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, testing, and validation of the system.

The successful candidate for the HRIS Expert’s position will have the following experience:

• Proven experience implementing UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready) in an organisation. Specifically, the Time, Core HR, Recruitment and LMS modules
• Strong knowledge of UKG Ready features, functionalities, and integrations.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs for HRIS solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is preferable
