HRIS Specialist (3 Month FTC)

Catalyst Partners are pleased to partner with a global investments business going through a transformation project centric to their HRIS platform.

3 month FTC with likely extension.

£50,000 - £60,000 pro rata.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist with the implementation of HiBob.
• Map and create materials for the purpose of training to the wider business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders globally to understand the challenges and identify the gaps in their current processes related to the HRIS.
• Focus on automation and enhancement with a view to remove any current manual processes.

Experience

• Clear track record working on HRIS implementation projects (Ideally HiBob)
• Experience delivering HR related projects under pressure.
• Experience working within Financial Services (Desired)
