About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources to join a prestigious Tier One Main Contractor working on major infrastructure projects at Heathrow Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic and fast-paced site team during a critical phase of construction delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
As the HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related matters on site.

Your duties will include:

• Providing generalist HR support to site and project teams

• Advising on employment law, policies, and procedures

• Managing recruitment and onboarding processes for site-based roles

• Supporting managers with employee relations issues, including disciplinaries and grievances

• Monitoring and reporting on attendance, absence, and workforce metrics

• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and airport-specific protocols

• Liaising with the central HR team and ensuring alignment with corporate HR strategy

• Supporting workforce planning and mobilisation

• Coordinating training and development initiatives

• Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar HR role, ideally within construction or infrastructure

• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) desirable
