Job Description - Human Resources Officer

Job Title: HR Officer
Work Pattern: 8.45am to 5pm – 36.25 hours per week (1 hour lunch)
Duration: Temp ongoing
Location:Coalville, LE67

The HR Officer will provide essential support to the HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This temporary role requires someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and support the online recruitment process, ensuring smooth candidate management.
Manage and maintain the online learning system, assisting employees with access and queries.
Generate regular HR reports using Business Objects and iTrent reporting systems.
Coordinate and set up training courses, handling logistics and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, including equality, diversity, and employment best practices.

Candidate Requirements –

Previous experience in HR administration or a related role.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Good understanding of equality, diversity, and HR employment considerations.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Experience with HR systems such as iTrent and Business Objects is desirable.
