• Degree in your specialism subject with a PGCE or a BEd Degree in Secondary Education
• Possess over 2 years of experience in your specialist subject teaching KS3 British Curriculum
• Demonstrate the ability to establish and uphold high educational standards
• Create and support an inclusive learning environment for all students
• Exhibit a strong commitment to maintaining and enhancing teaching standards
