HYBRID WORKING - TEMPORARY - Graduate HR Officer

Reed Business Support are looking for an experienced or graduate level CIPD equivalent candidate to join a charity-based organisation for a 3-month temporary contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of front-line HR services
• Processing administrative tasks
• Recruitment/Onboarding
• Employment contracts
• Some payroll input
• Supporting employee relations (ER) cases
• HR development and project work

Further details:

• Location - Stockton-On-Tees, the building features a gym on-site.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.
• Hybrid Work: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
• Flexible Working: Options for flexible start and finish times if needed as long as time is worked back.
• Pay rate: £15.38 per hour - £30K full time equivalent.
