IAM Business Analyst

Role Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our recertification program team led by Colin. While experience in IAM and PAM will be beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to identify gaps between current processes and future goals.

Hybrid working: 1 day a week in a London-based office
Rate: Up to £550pd inside ir35 via umbrella
Duration: Initial 6 months

Key Responsibilities/ Experience:

• Collaborate with Colin and the team to gather requirements for the SharePoint site recertification program.
• Analyze the current state ("as is") of the SharePoint sites and identify gaps compared to the desired future state ("to be").
• Contribute to communication pieces, ensuring clarity and professionalism in written documentation.
• Work effectively as a team member, contributing to delivery efforts.
• Engage with stakeholders across various sectors, with a focus on financial services but open to multi-sector experiences.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in requirements gathering and gap analysis.
• Strong communication and writing skills, with an emphasis on detail and clarity.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Experience with SharePoint or similar platforms is advantageous but not required.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to engage with cross-functional teams.
