ICT Technician - Secondary School (Agency Placement)
Location: Tower Hamlets, East London

We are working on behalf of a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Tower Hamlets to recruit a skilled and proactive ICT Technician for a full-time, ongoing role. This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT support professional to work in a rewarding educational environment, supporting both staff and students with day-to-day technical needs.

• Provide first-line and second-line technical support across the school

• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and AV equipment

• Support the school's network and server infrastructure

• Manage user accounts and ensure systems are secure and backed up

• Collaborate with the school's IT lead and external providers as needed

• Previous experience in an ICT support role (education sector experience is a plus)

• Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and general networking

• Confident, reliable, and able to work independently

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply through the agency)
